Description
Pop! Every child in the toy shop jumped at once. The shopkeeper had been winding the crank so slowly that nobody noticed the music stopping, and then there he was, Santa himself, springing out of the box with arms flung wide and a grin as broad as the windowpane. A small girl in a red coat shrieked, then laughed, then begged to see it again. Her grandfather, who had been pretending to read the newspaper, quietly asked for it to be wrapped and hidden behind the counter until Christmas.
This piece shows Santa popping out of a box, and it comes as one figure, sold each. Its sense of fun makes it a delightful gift for a child who loves surprises, a toy collector, or a friend who never quite outgrew the thrill of Christmas morning. Place it on a mantel among nutcrackers and wooden toys, or on an office desk, where it is guaranteed to start a conversation and coax a smile from even the busiest visitor.
