Description
Evening in Oia, and the whole village has climbed onto the rooftops to watch the sun go down. A waiter balances a tray of glasses on a narrow stair. A couple on their honeymoon sit on a whitewashed wall with their legs dangling over the caldera, too happy to speak. Far below, the sea turns from blue to violet to gold, and when the sun finally slips away, everyone applauds, as though the sky has given a performance just for them.
This little box is inspired by the island’s celebrated architecture, the stacked houses and chapels that cling to Santorini’s cliffs. It is a beautiful reminder of a Greek holiday, an anniversary gift for a couple who honeymooned in the Cyclades, or a daydream for anyone who has not yet made the journey.
