Description
“Read it again,” begged Félix, and his aunt, who had read it four times already, turned back to the first page. The owl strummed his small guitar, the cat admired the moon, and the pea-green boat drifted towards a land where a pig wore a ring at the end of his nose. Félix knew every word by heart, but he still gasped at the wedding and giggled at the runcible spoon, every single time.
Inspired by Lear’s much-loved poem, this Rochard box brings the owl and the cat to life for anyone who grew up with their nonsense voyage. It is a joyful present for a librarian, a teacher, a new parent stocking a nursery bookshelf or a couple who like to think of themselves as an unlikely pair. Set it beside a well-loved book of verse.
