Description
Goodnight, said the little mouse to the moon in the window, and the moon said nothing back, because moons never do. So the mouse plumped his pillow, pulled the quilt up to his whiskers and decided that tomorrow he would find a bigger crumb of cheese than anyone had ever found before. Then he fell asleep before he could plan how.
This box captures that perfectly drowsy moment. A small mouse lounges on a bed in a cosy bedtime scene, the kind of picture that belongs in a favourite storybook. It suits a baby shower, a christening or a first birthday, and a sweet hiding place for a baby’s first curl. Grown-ups who love mice, miniature furniture or anything to do with a good night’s sleep will adore it too. Set it on a nursery shelf beside a nightlight, on a bedside table in a guest room or among other mouse treasures in a curio cabinet. Inside, it might keep a tiny wish, a dream written on a scrap of paper or the hospital bracelet from the day a baby was born.
