Description
Somewhere in the Caribbean, there is a hammock with your name on it. It hangs between two palm trunks a few steps from the water, swinging gently in the breeze, while pelicans dive offshore and a radio plays soft reggae from the beach bar. You have nowhere to be until dinner, and even dinner is negotiable. A paperback lies face down on your chest, unread for an hour, and the only decision left is whether to order another coconut drink.
This palm tree with its hammock brings that lazy, sun-soaked feeling indoors on even the grayest Monday. It makes a wonderful gift for someone about to retire, a honeymooning couple, a friend who has just booked a beach holiday or anyone who desperately needs a vacation. Put it near the office computer as a daily reminder of what lies ahead, on a bookshelf in a beach house, or beside a bed where it can inspire sweet dreams of sand and sea.
