WHAT THE INCREASES WILL BE WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IN ADVANCE OF ORDERING THE PARTICULAR PIECE. SPECIAL ORDERS WILL ALWAYS BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW PRICE. I AM SORRY BUT, OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Every box in our catalog is here, in our stock, ready to be shipped to you on the day on which it goes into the catalog. If we are out of a box it is because it has sold and because the catalog is now so extensive we cannot reorder every box that is sold. Often we will add a box that will serve the same purpose and at the same time give a wider choice to our customers. But, we try always to mark boxes on which we are out of stock "Special Order Only" so that they are still available for you should you want one at a later date, albeit with a short wait.Once in a while the maker is out of stock on a box and then it means waiting until a reorder arrives from France.That can take, in some cases, as long as three months until we receive our new stock on it. We will tell you if that is the case. We do not drop ship as other catalogs do unless it is for the convenience of the customer. We prefer to see each piece individually and be certain that what we are selling is exactly as described.

Note: Only rarely do we have back stock on a catalog box. For various reasons Limoges boxes can not be merchandised in the same manner as other items.The big stores have learned this lesson and to a large degree it is why they no longer carry Limoges boxes.
